Thank you for shopping with Testimony Hats! All of our products are made to order and all production is fulfilled through our print-on-demand partner.
Processing Time
Because each item is custom-made just for you, please allow 2–5 business days for production before your order ships. This is in addition to shipping transit time.
Shipping Times
Once your order has made it through production, estimated delivery times are:
- United States: 3–10 business days
- International: 10–30 business days (depending on location)
Shipping times may vary during peak seasons and holidays.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the items in your order.
Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your package every step of the way.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at TestimonyHats@gmail.com and we'll work with our production team and supplier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Important Notes
- Since all items are made to order, we are unable to cancel or modify orders once production has begun.
- We currently do not offer expedited shipping on all products.
